The Cabioli range

Three varieties.
One standard.

Each oil is a single variety, cold-extracted and analysed lot by lot. We select for the profile your market expects — and reject what doesn’t meet it.

Arbequina

Mild

The gentle one — green apple, almond, ripe banana. Sweet entry, almost no bitterness.

Moves well in
Retail shelves, delis, emulsions & baking.
Distributor note
The easiest Spanish oil to introduce to first-time EVOO consumers.

Picual

Robust

The backbone — tomato leaf, artichoke, a black-pepper finish that means it’s alive.

Moves well in
Food service, grilling & frying, health-positioned retail.
Distributor note
Highest polyphenols and oxidative stability — the longest shelf life in the range.

Cornicabra

Medium

The balanced one — ripe fruit, avocado, a clean bitter-sweet finish.

Moves well in
All-round retail, gourmet gifting, chef ranges.
Distributor note
Rarely seen outside Spain — a real differentiator next to Italian-label ranges.

And one oil that is never in the catalogue — Cabioli Origen, the signature oil from our own mountain groves. Limited production, released by annual allocation.

Why trust a new name

Before we were exporters, we were farmers.

Our house stands above Vilanova de Meià, on the southern face of the Catalan Pre-Pyrenees. There we are recovering centenary olive groves at 700 metres — terraces of native Masanell, Negral and Verdiell abandoned for more than thirty years — harvested by hand, without chemical fertilisers or pesticides.

That oil is Cabioli Origen — our signature estate oil. The mountain sets the volume: a few hundred cases a year, never in the export catalogue. We release it by annual allocation, first to the partners who ship Cabioli with us.

It is also our standard. Every lot that leaves under the Cabioli label is graded against the oil we grow ourselves.

The current vintage is fully allocated — no availability until the new harvest. The next allocation opens after the November harvest.
